I have known Thadeaus for about 10 years.
We began dating shortly after we met and remained friends after breaking up. Throughout the time that I have known Thadeaus, I have I have found him, first and foremost, to be committed and steadfast in his political views and community organizing and outreach. We were involved in several organizing projects together, and I always found him to be reliable and trustworthy. I have also seen Thadeus mature and grow in his self-awareness with interpersonal dynamics.
Although our romantic relationship was sometimes difficult, I consider it a testament to a strong connection that we have remained on good terms.
